Terms Of Payment

1.  Against shipping and delivery schedule, irrevocable, confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit (DL/C) has to be opened in Seller's favor covering the volume of one shipment equivalent to US- Dollars to be deducted from the Letter of Credit in full after presentation of shipping documents opened by the Bank for payable 100% each Shipment against documents. The L/C should be issued by a first class bank acceptable to the Seller. 

2. The Operative Letter of Credit to be opened within five (5) banking days after receipt of 2% Performance Bond opened by the Seller.

Transaction Procedures

1) BUYER issues Letter of Intent (LOI) accompanied with a Bank Comfort Letter (BCL)    confirming payment capability.
2) SELLER issues Firm Corporate Offer (FCO) through their Facilitator / Mandate.
3) BUYER agrees to the FCO by Signing, Seal with Company Stamp at the foot of every page, returns it together with a Irrevocable Confirmed Purchase Order (ICPO) with Bank Endorsement.
4) SELLER issues Draft Contract of the Sales/Purchase Agreement (SPA) to the BUYER by email.
5) BUYER signs and seals the Agreement, and returns it to the SELLER for his Signature and Sealing by email and/or facsimile.
6) SELLER and BUYER exchange signed and sealed hard copy of the Contract through their Facilitator / Mandate.
7) BUYER sends Letter of Credit (L/C) Readiness SWIFT to SELLER's Bank within 3 International Banking Days from the date of receipt of signed & sealed hard copy of the contract.
8) SELLER issues Proof of Product (POP) within 5 International Banking Days on Bank to Bank basis.
9) BUYER issues a Non - Operative L/C to be activated by a 2% Performance Bond (PB) of the monthly shipment value within 5 International Banking Days.
10) SELLER issues a 2% PB in favor of the BUYER to activate the L/C within 5 International Banking Days.
11) Shipment commences as agreed.
